John P. Winicov, Esquire

 

Mr. Winicov’s law office is based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, cum laude and his J.D. in 1986 from Catholic University School of Law. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania and Federal District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania bars in 1986

 

Following law school Mr. Winicov worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Chester County, Pennsylvania from 1987 until 1991. After leaving the Public Defender's Office, Mr. Winicov practiced union side labor law with a law firm in Philadelphia. There he handled a variety of labor issues before the National Labor Relations Board and in Federal Court. In 1993 Mr. Winicov returned to Chester County and established his own law firm. His law practice handles personal injury and criminal matters for clients in Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County and Philadelphia County.
